Os sistemas de isolamento tradicionais são espessos, complexos e geram resíduos difíceis de eliminar. O MANTI® CERAMIC, desenvolvido pela Műszer Automatika Ltd. com nanotecnologia própria, oferece uma solução ultrafina (1 mm a 10 mm), rápida de aplicar, sustentável e ambientalmente amiga.
Baseia-se no controlo do espectro eletromagnético da energia solar, impedindo ou reduzindo a transformação de energia em calor através de interferência e ressonância de ondas.
O MANTI® CERAMIC é uma família de materiais isolantes formados por microcamadas, composta principalmente por esferas cerâmicas microscópicas com cavidade interna em vácuo, produzidas através de um processo de nanotecnologia. Estas microesferas cerâmicas ocas, graças às suas paredes de espessura nanométrica, reduzem quase totalmente a transferência de calor.
É eficaz em aplicações interiores, exteriores e industriais, incluindo agricultura (silos, armazéns, edifícios pecuários), tubagens, caldeiras e veículos, suportando condições extremas.
A tecnologia é testada em laboratórios próprios e certificados internacionais (ÉMI-TÜV SÜD). O material permite reduzir significativamente o consumo energético e protege fachadas históricas sem alterar a sua aparência.
O calor do verão não entra no edifício, enquanto o calor do inverno não se perde para o exterior.
Comparação com sistemas de isolamento tradicionais
Thickness: Conventional insulation materials do not block heat but only slow its flow. Consequently, their insulating capacity depends directly on their thickness. MANTI® CERAMIC allows for an ultrathin layer of 1 to 10 mm.
Permeability: Many insulation materials are not breathable (do not allow water vapor to pass through), which can lead to condensation between the wall and the insulation, creating an environment conducive to mold and fungus growth. In contrast, MANTI® CERAMIC is highly breathable and certified as antifungal and anti-mold.
Application: Most insulation systems require specialized labor with multiple steps and details. The MANTI® CERAMIC product range prioritizes easy and hassle-free application.
Reflectance: Some products on the market claim to be thermal solutions; however, they are solely reflective solutions for heat waves. MANTI® CERAMIC is a true thermal insulation solution with reflective properties when exposed to heat.

Como funciona
O calor flui do interior para o exterior
With MANTI® CERAMIC Applied Externally:
- The heat flow from the interior is slowed by the wall and then encounters high resistance from the MANTI® CERAMIC thermal coating, which reflects it, returning energy back to the wall structure.
- The wall accumulates heat; this “battery effect” hinders heat transmission to the exterior and creates a comfortable environment.
- In our experience, a sense of comfort can be achieved even at an ambient temperature of 16°C–17°C.
With MANTI® CERAMIC Applied Internally:
- The heat flow is immediately blocked, remaining within the indoor environment.
O calor flui do Exterior para o Interior
With MANTI® CERAMIC Applied Externally:
- Solar radiation first reaches the thermal coating. Approximately 85% of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum cannot pass through MANTI® CERAMIC.
- The remaining 15% is absorbed by the wall, thanks to the slowing of the heat flow.
With MANTI® CERAMIC Applied Internally:
- External heat warms the masonry but is blocked before entering the interior spaces.
