STARFLEX C is a two-component, elastic, waterproofing cementitious mortar formulated with high-quality hydraulic binders and synthetic resins. It forms a continuous, resistant and highly flexible membrane with excellent adhesion to various substrates, even when applied at low temperatures or on damp surfaces.
