It has an anti-stain, anti-dirt, and non-stick action, limiting the adherence of chewing gum, the appearance of moss and lichen, and dirt caused by pollution. This treatment facilitates cleaning and increases the substrate's abrasion resistance, while also preventing damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles.

It is a non-film-forming product that allows the substrate to breathe, maintaining air and water vapor permeability. It resists UV rays, does not yellow, and remains colorless after application, without changing the appearance or nature of the material.

Ready to use and easy to apply, it is ideal for surfaces subjected to heavy traffic and helps slow down aging, facilitating the maintenance of protected surfaces.
