Multifamily Residential Building

The supply of products was carried out for the construction of a residential building composed of three apartment blocks, located in Cartaxo, intended for the waterproofing and protection of concrete structures.

The materials supplied were as follows:

• Penetron Admix – an integral crystalline waterproofing admixture for concrete, incorporated into the mix to ensure watertightness and protection against the penetration of water and aggressive agents.

• Penebar SW-55 – a rectangular-section hydrophilic waterstop, used in construction joints to ensure watertightness between concrete elements.

• Penebar Primer – an adhesion primer used in the application of Penebar SW-55, ensuring proper bonding of the waterstop to the concrete surface.

The supply aimed to ensure the durability and waterproofing performance of the concrete.
